This Return Policy outlines our procedures and your rights regarding returns, reprints, and refunds for our business card printing services.
2. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all business cards printed by quabuz will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our quality guarantee covers printing errors, color inconsistencies caused by our equipment, paper defects or damage, incorrect cutting or trimming, and finishing defects such as improper lamination or coating.
If your business cards arrive with any defects or quality issues that are our responsibility, we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund at your discretion.
3. Proof Approval Process
Before printing your business cards, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval. By approving the proof, you confirm that all information is correct, including spelling, contact details, layout, colors, and design elements. Once you have approved the proof, we cannot accept returns or provide reprints for issues that were visible in the approved proof.
This includes but is not limited to spelling errors, incorrect contact information, design layout preferences, color choices, and font selections. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your proof before approval.
4. Timeframe for Claims
If you believe there is a quality issue with your business cards, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for reprints or refunds. To make a claim, please contact us immediately with your order number, clear photographs showing the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.
5. Eligible Returns
Returns and reprints are eligible in the following circumstances for our business card printing services:
Printing defects: Poor print quality, smudging, streaking, or other printing errors caused by our equipment. Color errors: Significant color variations from the approved proof that result from our printing process, not from screen display differences. Paper defects: Damaged, wrinkled, or defective cardstock. Incorrect specifications: Cards printed in wrong size, on wrong paper stock, or with wrong finishing. Quantity shortages: Receiving significantly fewer cards than ordered. Damage during delivery: Cards damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
6. Non-Eligible Returns
The following situations are not eligible for returns, reprints, or refunds:
Errors present in the approved proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design choices. Minor color variations between screen display and printed result due to differences in color modes. Personal preference changes after approval and printing. Normal variation in printing that falls within industry standards. Damage that occurs after delivery and is not related to packaging. Orders where proof approval was not obtained before printing at customer request.
7. Return Process
To initiate a return or reprint request for your business cards, follow these steps:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@quabuz.world or phone at +353 87 462 1934. Provide your order number and proof of purchase. Send clear photographs showing the issue from multiple angles. Describe the problem in detail. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange for reprint or refund. Return the defective cards to our address if requested. You will receive your replacement cards within our standard production timeframe.
8. Reprints
If we determine that a reprint is necessary due to an error on our part in your business card printing, we will reprint your entire order at no cost to you. The reprint will be produced using the same specifications as your original order unless you request changes. Reprinted orders will be expedited and shipped at our expense.
For reprints due to our errors, you are not required to return the defective cards unless specifically requested. Reprints typically take 2-3 business days to produce and ship.
9. Refunds
In cases where a reprint is not possible or desired, we will issue a full refund for orders with quality issues caused by our printing process. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Refund amounts will include the full cost of the business cards plus any shipping charges you paid.
Partial refunds may be offered for orders where only a portion of the business cards are affected by quality issues.
10. Customer Responsibility
To ensure the best results with your business card printing, customers are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications, carefully reviewing and approving proofs before printing, ensuring all information in designs is accurate and current, understanding that colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials, and inspecting cards upon delivery and reporting issues promptly.
11. Shipping and Handling for Returns
For returns due to our errors or defects, we will cover all shipping costs for both the return of defective cards and the delivery of replacement cards. For returns due to customer error after proof approval, shipping costs are non-refundable. You may be asked to return defective cards to our facility before a reprint or refund is processed.
12. Cancellations
Orders for business card printing can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations may incur a fee based on work completed. To cancel an order, contact us immediately. If your cards have already been printed, standard return policy applies.
13. Rush Orders and Express Service
Our return policy applies equally to rush and express orders. However, due to expedited timelines, it is crucial to review proofs immediately and report any issues as soon as possible. Rush order fees are refundable only if we fail to meet the promised delivery timeframe due to our error.
